I can't say enough about Chewy
I can't say enough about Chewy. I signed up for the auto-refill of my dog's medications and it made everything very easy for me. I was able to ensure she had what she needed and I didn't run out. Then she passed away. I notified Chewy to stop the auto-refills because of the situation and they were immediately responsive and very kind. I received a note of sympathy and recognition for my dog from Shakira and the Chewy Family. This meant a lot to me and I will never forget their kindness. Very few companies today show that type of consideration for their customers. Great job Chewy!

I really cannot say enough good things…
I really cannot say enough good things about the positive experience I had with the customer service department. Not only did they resolve my issue and super quickly but they were so kind to acknowledge the difficulty I was having with my situation. It felt quite special and I certainly will continue to be a customer, solely based on this interaction. Thank you!

Chewy representatives and Supervisors go above and beyond!!
Chewy representatives are always available. My order for Weruva meals and more ( great product) was delayed by several days and needed for a sick dog who took a liking to my dog's food. A Chewy rep transferred me to a supervisor who rectified the situation by locating the product and getting it the location before we were down to our last container. Well done !!

On time delivery, and satisfied with products
My cat is on a special diet, and Chewy always delivers on time. I have also purchased various cat toys and treats over the past few years, and all were exactly as described. My cats enjoy the treats immensely. 😋

Compassion and Kindness
I had to recently return my order to chewy due to the fact I lost my beloved dog. They went above and beyond took order back expressed sympathy and sent me flowers This company really touched my heart with their kindness.

Lacking Transparency
This review is about their lack of transparency and poor communications of their promotions. Be careful when participating in their gift card offers that require you to purchase X dollars in order to receive one. Their terms & conditions fail to list all excluded brands in their promotional emails, and don’t provide a link to show the extensive list. Even if your items in basket don’t qualify, the website will still allow you to apply the promo code as if it’s accepted. Their app did the same thing. (Terrible UX!) When I notified the customer service team to let them know of their mistake, it took several back and forth messages before getting to a resolution.

I cannot say enough positive things…
I cannot say enough positive things about CHEWY.COM. Their Customer Service is exceptional. I accidentally made an error on an order and they corrected it and it was my fault. They thanked me for being such a loyal customer. The CSR was so kind.

This company used to be great..they no…
This company used to be great..they no longer can even get a order in the mail. I placed my order and it was then placed on hold and after calling and verifying every possible detail they told me it would be released..they proceed to continue to place it back on hold every time. I operate a rescue and depend on these shipments..I had to cancel and take my business elsewhere. Customer service has no resolve for this issue but seems to be aware that it is happening to a lot of customers. They may want to address this before they have no customer. I’ll never shop from chewy again.

Bad policy on their own mistake
I ordered an Aquasprouts fountain ecosystem kit. Chewy sent the wrong model. They won't send the correct one until they receive the wrong one that they sent. I got a call from FedEx saying they were not provided our unit number for the pickup so there will be a delay. That's two mistakes and a bad policy in my first order from Chewy. Try to order from Amazon if possible. They do not mistrust their clients when they make a mistake; instead, they will ship the correct product immediately.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently purchased Soresto collars for my 3 cats threw Chewy. They didn't work at all, so I left a 1 star review. I did not ask for a refund, but the next day I received an email with a return label to send them back for a full refund. I sent them back and today I received the full refund! No that's customer service!!!

I just lost my 15 yr old malamute which…
I just lost my 15 yr old malamute which I had been getting medication from chewy. They not only refunded my last order but sent me condolence flowers for my loss. They are a wonderful company with great customer services

Exceptional company
I cannot say enough about dealing with Chewy! I highly recommend using them. Their products are quality at a good price. Their customer service is above and beyond my expectations 5 years being a customer and looking forward to many more years

EXTREMELY SLOW ORDER PROCESS!!
EXTREMELY SLOW ORDER PROCESS!!! Don't order medication from Chewy if your pet REALLY needs it, because the order will be delayed about a month. Risking my dog's health in order to say a few dollars was not a good decision that I made. I should have got his meds from his Veterinarian.

Return process stinks
Their ordering process is easy enough, nothing special prices inline with Amazon. It’s the return process that’s a hot mess! You have to send them a message or call them. I shouldn’t have to explain to anyone why I need to return an item (it comes with online orders). Additionally, their app doesn’t provide all the info that their website does (FAQs) nor does it even reference the return policy. This is why I’d rather order from Amazon.
